Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All rentals can be cancelled in the Customer Dashboard until the order has been prepared for pick-up, at which time the payment method will be charged, approximately 48 hours before the selected pick-up date.
   
2. There is a 25% restocking fee for any rentals cancelled within 48 hours of original pick up date. You must call our store to request a manual cancellation during this period.
